We’ve all been in that inenviable situation when you’ve dressed for work, just about ready to walk out the door, and BAM! You notice an inkspot on your favorite blouse . . . what to do? If you are like me, there’s just no time to change – forget it.
Since this just happened to me this week, I not only have done some research on the subject (of which I will share an excellent recommendation), I also welcome any and all suggestions on “how to get ink out of your favorite blouse”!
My suggestion comes from Katie Ellen in South Carolina (the self-proclaimed “Queen of Consignment”) . . . her blog posting states:
“Aerosol hairspray – Will take ink out of cloth. Only aerosol hairspray works though (sorry ozone layer!), so don’t use the pump hairspray because it will not work!” (http://queenofconsignment.blogspot.com/2009/12/tips-for-2010.html)
